About Me!

I've got a secret to share—I've been right where you are. I've gone through the motions, buying all the swaddles and sleep gadgets, devouring blogs and following the advice of baby sleep gurus. I was that tired parent watching Schitt's Creek at odd hours, desperately seeking a glimmer of hope while I was cry laughing! And you know what? I hit rock bottom too. My baby wouldn't sleep, and I felt like the biggest failure. But then, I stumbled upon a solution that led me here. I found a sleep shaping routine and within three days of sticking to it like glue, my two-month-old baby girl started snoozing through the night. I kid you not, I woke up one morning at 6 a.m. in a panic, thinking something was wrong. Lo and behold, there she was, sound asleep in the pack and play. Now, that's what I call a miracle! When my son came along two years later, I wasted no time getting him on a sleep routine and working on healthy sleep habits, and he's been getting a solid 12 hours since he hit the 12-week mark.

Helping parents find the gift of sleep has become a passion of mine because I know firsthand the struggle of surviving on minimal rest. I'm here to lend you a helping hand and guide your family towards a well-rested life. Just like I said, I've been in the trenches, so consider this a friendly nudge to reach out and let me help you reclaim that quality sleep. You'll be thanking me later, I promise!

I'm a certified pediatric sleep consultant through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. I've got the knowledge and experience to back up my customized sleep plans. Just a heads up, though—I focus on providing behavioral and parental advice, no medical stuff. So, if you've got any medical concerns, I always recommend chatting with your pediatrician.

Besides being a sleep consultant, I'm also a mom of two, a sister to two awesome brothers, a daughter, a wife, and I'm all about Bravo! So, if you're into the Real Housewives and Vanderpump Rules, we might just become besties.

We were in a really problematic sleep situation with my son. I could get him to fall asleep, but the second I left his room he would wake up. Even if I was able to escape his room, within an hour or two he would be up again and would not fall back asleep unless my husband or I were in his room with him. Our sleep routine would last hours, and my husband and I were getting really frustrated. Rachel changed our entire night routine and we have gone from being frustrated every night and feeling hopeless to finally having freedom at night. Rachel helped us come up with a routine that worked for us and that we all felt comfortable with. Throughout the entire process, I never felt like Rachel was judging us. She consistently checked in to see how things were going, and it was just really nice to have someone to ask questions to. If you are feeling doubtful about your children's sleep situation, contact Rachel. I could not be happier with our new routine and am so thankful for her! - Melissa S., PhD

Rachel was awesome to work with! Her responsiveness and concern for our son’s sleep needs were excellent. The check-ins helped to pinpoint what exactly the issues were and get us on track for a happy sleeper! Would highly recommend Rachel to anyone struggling with sleep in their house! - Francesca S.

Working with Rachel was wonderful. We were having a pretty tough month of sleep with our four-month-old, all of us were at our wits end and we just needed some sleep. We met with Rachel and worked consistently with her plan and saw some big changes after only a few days. It’s been a month now and he just slept through the night for the first time! Rachel gave us the tools to handle any challenges and now we know what to do to get all of us sleeping better and even on rough nights we feel more confident to work towards better sleep. She also was able to be flexible with our requests about wake time, naps, and breastfeeding. We can’t recommend her enough! - Mackenzie M.

Parenting doesn’t come with a handbook, but sleep can! Throughout my pregnancy, Rachel was a crucial part in making sure we were best prepared to welcome our new edition into the world. Her passion for sleep is next level. Not only was her knowledge helpful in conversation, but her small tips & tricks made the biggest difference. My personal favorite - her swaddle technique that changed the game. Don’t wait, call Rach! - Taylor R.

Rachel was knowledgeable and so kind! We told her our concerns and what we are comfortable with in terms of sleep for our independent toddler, and she gave us tools that what would best fit our family. Would recommend her again and again! I also love how she follows up and checks in on us. She’s the best!  - Leah V.

Let me start off by saying how well rested I am!! We started sleep training our son at 4 months old with Rachel’s help.  And while I hated the process, I can honestly say that 1. It works!! And 2. If it wasn’t for Rachel, I can 100% say with confidence that I would have quit. If it wasn’t for the help of an EXPERIENCED and CERTIFIED Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I would have thrown in the towel and gone back to waking up every 2 hours throughout the night with my son.

It was a 2-week process, but by night 4 my son with almost fully sleeping thru the night! We are down to only 1 feeding/night, which was my goal from the beginning.

The whole process with Rachel was so easy. We jumped on a quick call in the beginning to discuss our current routine, goals, etc. and she took it from there. She gave us a custom sleep schedule, custom feeding schedule, and was with us every step of the way for help, support, and also someone to vent to! She’s also a mom herself, so she just has so much knowledge in other areas too that I had questions with! - CC R.
