As a certified pediatric sleep consultant, I specialize in giving parents exactly what they need: uninterrupted sleep for both themselves and their little ones.

The Mini OMG

This is for families who have a specific sleep issue with their child but don't require a full consultation. It's designed for addressing sleep-related challenges such as; difficulty with naps, early waking, schedules, routines, night awakenings, etc.

This option is also suitable for addressing initial questions about sleep, follow-ups, maintenance, travel-related concerns, or regressions.

Your sleep assessment intake form includes questions such as; How exhausted are you, the parent? What are your biggest sleep challenges? Where does your child currently sleep for most nights and naps? What methods or programs have you tried to help get your child to sleep better?

*available for children of all ages

If you feel that one phone call might not be enough to address your needs, there's an option to purchase a package of 3 calls. This allows for more in-depth support and follow-up consultations to ensure the effectiveness of the sleep plan.
