You’re exhausted of…

  • The same old routine of waking up to your toddler standing at the side of your bed with their little hands tugging on your nightshirt multiple times on the middle of the night?

  • Waking up to tiny feet in your face or little hands tugging on your nightshirt at night?

  • Counting the hours of sleep that you managed to squeeze in last night feels like a mental math test you never signed up for and it's always a disappointing result? Ugh!

  • Sleeping in the guest bedroom with the baby while your toddler is sleeping soundly with husband in your bed?

  • Trying to sneak in some sexy time with your husband and worried you’re going to hear little footsteps running down the hallway to your bedroom?

  • Wanting to watch your trash reality tv with a glass of wine, but you are stuck in your toddler’s bed until they fall asleep?

  • Reading the entire internet and getting conflicting advice when it comes to toddler sleep. Where do you even start? And sometimes, if I am being honest, it makes you doubt if your own needs even matter. Hint: they absolutely do!

It's time to go from surviving to thriving, girl! You deserve to soak up every joyful moment with your adorable family, instead of just going through the motions.

So, here's the deal: you're on the hunt for a game-changing solution that aligns perfectly with your unique parenting style, ensuring your little one gets the sleep they need in as little as 3 weeks! Let's make those dreams a reality, shall we?

What are moms saying…

Working with Rachel was wonderful. We were having a pretty tough month of sleep with our four-month-old, all of us were at our wits end and we just needed some sleep. We met with Rachel and worked consistently with her plan and saw some big changes after only a few days. It's been a month now and he just slept through the night for the first time! Rachel gave us the tools to handle any challenges and now we know what to do to get all of us sleeping better and even on rough nights we feel more confident to work towards better sleep. She also was able to be flexible with our requests about wake time, naps, and breastfeeding. We can't recommend her enough! - Mackenzie M.

Parenting doesn’t come with a handbook, but sleep can! Throughout my pregnancy, Rachel was a crucial part in making sure we were best prepared to welcome our new edition into the world. Her passion for sleep is next level. Not only was her knowledge helpful in conversation, but her small tips & tricks made the biggest difference. My personal favorite - her swaddle technique that changed the game. Don’t wait, call Rach! - Taylor R.

Rachel was knowledgeable and so kind! We told her our concerns and what we are comfortable with in terms of sleep for our independent toddler, and she gave us tools that what would best fit our family. Would recommend her again and again! I also love how she follows up and checks in on us. She’s the best! - Leah V.

I have a secret…
I was you.

Alright, let me paint you a picture: my adorable little toddler decided that my bed was her new favorite spot when she turned three. And boy, did she stick to that idea for what felt like forever! It was a whole year of mommy's bed mania! How did it all begin? Well, one weekend when Dad was away, I made the rookie mistake of having a sleepover with my daughter in my bed. And bam! That innocent sleepover turned into a full-blown bedtime battleground. It was like a never-ending game of who's in charge!

Now, let me tell you, before this phase hit, my daughter was the sleep champ of the century. I mean, I used to brag about her ability to sleep like a pro. But oh boy, did I stumble off the wagon—big time! I found myself in my own bed, falling asleep to Disney+ at 8:00 p.m., just so my daughter could snooze peacefully.

Enough was enough! I had a moment of deep reflection. I realized I couldn't keep going down this path. Sacrificing my own sleep and sanity for the sake of my daughter's slumber? Nope! It was time for a change.

So, with some determination and conviction, I was on a mission to restore order to our bedtime shenanigans. Breaking the habit was like trying to tame a wild animal!

Instead, I decided to introduce a whole new routine. We cuddled up for bedtime stories, played soothing song, and transformed her room into a cozy sanctuary. Now, don't get me wrong, it wasn't an instant success. It took time, patience, and maybe a few cups of strong coffee for yours truly. But step by step, we made progress.

And let me tell you, the results were totally worth it! Not only did my daughter gradually adapt to sleeping on her own, but I also reclaimed my own precious bedtime routine. The balance was restored!

  • I was starting to feel like myself again.

  • I felt like I was able to connect with her so much more now that we were well rested.

  • She wasn’t crabby during the day as much anymore.

  • Bedtime was no longer a battle, and she was staying in her bed all night.

  • We were thriving on our newfound schedule and routine making our days easier.

  • I started sleeping in my own bed again with my husband - possibly sneaking in some
    “aloneeee time” ;)

  • I got a couple of hours to myself before I went to bed to catch up on my shows.

  • We were all just…happy!

Are you wondering if this could ever happen to you? I am here to tell you, IT CAN!
