  • You know you want to work on sleep, but you don’t know how to get started.

You need someone to hold your hand every step of the way to make sure you are not getting into your own head and encourage you when you are doubting yourself.

You are ready to transition baby out of your room into their own room and you don’t know where to start.

Are you pregnant…and have a toddler? You need to get his sleep habits under control before the new baby arrives.

Working with me is the best solution for your sleep problems!

  • By 4 months of age, babies are able to sleep at least a full 8 hours or more stretch at nighttime without a feeding. By 5 months, they should be able to go a 10-hour stretch.

Babies and toddlers sleep best when they are put to bed between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m.

I can help sleep train children up to the age of 6!

  • My short answer, no.

I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to parenting. How you parent your child is a very personal decision!

I’m sure that your child is perfectly content with the current sleep situation, so you’ll probs get some resistance when you start these sleep changes (I’m sure this won’t be new to you 😉).

But don’t worry, I will guide you on how to handle even the most “WTF” behaviors. With consistency and following the plan, you'll overcome any rough nights that come your way. Ultimately, my goal is for you and your child to experience an enjoyable bedtime leaving you saying “OMG, that sleep!” the next morning.

  • As you've probably noticed, getting a good night's sleep can be a real struggle, and it's no laughing matter. Many parents come to me feeling overwhelmed, like they've hit a wall, and that they've tried just about everything.

But often, the trick is in staying consistent and knowing what to do when your child throws a curveball your way. You need a plan that covers all the bases and can handle those unexpected moments.

Plus, I can guide you and answer your questions along the way.

Trust me, a quick Google search won't cut it. So, if you haven't given working with me a shot, don't feel defeated just yet. You haven't tried everything! I'm confident it can make a real difference in your family's sleep.

If you stick with your tailored sleep plan and give it your all, you'll start to see positive changes in as little as two weeks, maybe even sooner.

Remember, the key is consistency. Sometimes, when you're dealing with a tough problem, you might need to stick with a particular step for more than one night, and that's perfectly okay!!

  • If you are traveling, there really isn’t a magic method! Your babies' and toddlers’ environment isn’t what they are used to so it may not go as smoothly as it would if you were home. When you are traveling you should get separate rooms for children to sleep alone. If you are staying with friends or family, putting the child in a spare bedroom works great.

If you are in a hotel, I recommend booking a suite where you have multiple bedrooms or booking conjoining rooms where you can leave that door open, that way everyone can stick to their normal bedtimes without being interrupted.

When you do travel, try to make it as close to their environment as you can – bring the white noise machine, blackout blinds, and favorite books and even pack their sheets. It will help them feel a little more like “home”.
